What to expect
- Manage daily hotel operations
- Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Investigate customer complaints and take corrective actions.
- Supervise and control staff, including hiring, training, and motivation.
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting and reporting at all levels.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers and partners

Your qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in a hotel.
- Higher education in hospitality, tourism, management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving skills and decision-making ability in stressful situations.
- Good knowledge of the financial aspects of hotel management.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office. Experience with Clock PMS+ will be an advantage.
