For our Client, a successful and growing manufacturer in the food industry, we are looking for a motivated Customer Support Specialist (m/f) to join our Client's team in Zagreb.

What to expect:

• Plan and monitor stock levels of finished product;

• Process orders and short term forecast in line with agreements;

• Operational monitoring, coordination and organization of the process of shipping finished products to the customer's warehouse;

• Creating a shipping plan (internal and external use);

• Data entry in SAP (Sales Orders, deliveries etc.);

• Daily communication on status of orders, production, collections etc. (internally and externally);

• Receiving complaints and organizing the return procedure;

• Preparation of approvals and debits (damage to goods, surplus/deficit...);

• Control and liquidation of invoices related to the shipment of goods;

• Archiving and preparation of documentation for tax/financial audit and supervision of customs management;

• Preparation for issuing long term supplier declaration.

Your qualification:

• English language - working proficiency is a must;

• German language - preferably working proficiency;

• Bachelor or master degree in the relevant field (logistics, economics, trade);

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;

• Experience working in SAP;

• Result-oriented;

• Excellent planning and organization skills.
